So I'll be placing all my characters here now in one thread. And here's the first one, it's our old pal Mr Evil Amelangrien himself, returned from the boring non destructive holiday on my computer.

Appearance: An imposing black wolf, he looks about mid thirties in age, and he stands about 6’ foot tall, he looks down at other furs from his gold eyes, cold and sinister they make one question what lurks inside that mind. He most often wears dark robes, or when he has to travel inconspicuously he wears the robes of a traveller, usually russet brown. He has very little in terms of personal effects, lacking weapons, books, even on occasion money. However this seems to hardly limit him.

Family: Nothing is known of any family since any direct relatives are certainly dead by now. There may be descendents (siblings may have had children etc), but who they are and if anyone cares about their ancestry may not be of much importance… Or perhaps they will be…

Personality: egotistic and narcissistic are two words that describe him perfectly. According to him only he can do something right, and only his way is correct. He is also hungry for battle and fighting, not in a hot headed sense where he enjoys the confrontation, but rather the culmination of a fight, the satisfaction of killing his foe, of sucking out his defeated enemies soul, or seeing the life fade from their eyes. Talking is something he only does to get to an end, and when he does it almost always littered with threats and insults.
Hobbies: Destruction, killing, draining souls, seeking out Vedicus, and finding something
Likes: Death, himself, souls (apparently they taste like chocolate)
Dislikes: Order, ideals, good, evil, Vedicus, Telemaine, Dr Martin

Area of expertise: Dark magic, broadly speaking, more specifically, shadow magic, and destructive dark magic. He can mould the darkness to destroy his foes like a potter moulds clay. Using it to summon shadow servants to fight for him, or to let tendrils of darkness snake out and rip his foes apart. He also controls fire and wind magic to a lesser extent, but no less destructively, in fact in some cases those two raw elements are more destructive than his dark magic.
He also has control over one of the forbidden areas of dark magic, avoided by many dark mages themselves for the horror of it, the rip and stealing of souls from poor furs, these souls are stored within his body and mind, in a place that he calls “the gallery”, there they await their inevitable fate to be devoured and destroyed utterly for a source of power. This power is truly horrific, for not only does he kill a fur, but he destroys their very essence, it is a crime against creation, for a soul is said to be sacred and untouchable.

NOTES: Amelangrien at most times has 4 shadow servants working for him as spies, informants and the like, they are incapable of direct interaction with the world and powerful light magic can banish them for a time. Two of these servants were named there was the "Lady Tria" and "Sir Kelroy". Lady Tria being the most capable and Sir Kelroy being the least.

Thanks Rabid, it's nice to be back, you didn't think I'd abandon this site justy cause we got hacked?

And glad you liked the theme song Sade, I thought it suited Amelangrien, just wondering, do you think it kind of suits him?

Yes, I think it does. Though even after a course in Music Appreciation, I can't describe exactly why that is.

No he's spent his holiday on my computer sharpening his axe. And making a list of who the keep an eye on. Toyomi is at the top funnily enough.

Kenneth
Age: 28
Gender: male
Race: Wolf
Occupation: Mercenary
Talents/powers/skills: His only real skill is his skills as a fighter, he has no expertise in stealth or magic , but he is skilled with an axe and should not be underestimated.
Appearance: A powerfully built wolf he stands slightly above others in a crowd with his grey fur. His eyes are a piercing blue, a scar runs down his face and down his snout. He often can be found wearing partial plate armour when he’s doing a job. Otherwise he just wears a tunic and breeches. He can always be found carrying his axe around on his back.
Weaknesses: He is deeply flawed in the respect that he refuses to speak a great deal, it’s not that he wants to hide something, he just doesn’t see the practicality of talking and spilling your life story to someone who might be dead tomorrow. He is also fairly cynical, doesn’t believe in hope, just in survival.
His actual weaknesses physically would be his weakness in dealing with mages or archers
History: Born and raised in Edwin in Teimus by his poor family, a typical need for money led him to taking odd jobs around the city and ports as a courier, petty thief etc. This allowed his parents and younger brothers and sisters to scrape together a living. It was a tough life, a constant fight to survive. When he was in his earlier teens he was hired by dockworkers to help load ships and work on the docks.

He would have gone on like that as a poor dockworker until one day a passing merchant saw him fighting off two adults with his small dagger, and he was managing to hold his own, After the fight the merchant hired him as a bodyguard, this lasted for three months and he ended up travelling around a bit in that time leaving his family behind, well those who survived.

After that he had enough money to purchase a sword, however using it never felt quite right in his paws, so after a few jobs of guarding caravans he sold the sword and purchased an axe, he has used it ever since. He has worked as a bodyguard, mercenary and more in the past few years, earning his own set of scars and a fair reputation as a fighter.

Personality: He’s a fairly kind guy deep down; it actually hurts him to have to keep up the cold calculating mask that’s expected of mercenaries, but a lifetime of killing and fighting has left him a fairly cynical, he doesn’t like fools or naivety. He’s seen so many friends and family die over the years that he has also become fairly withdrawn.
